Led today by Dionne Curtiss, the team is known for delivering personalized attention, market expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. With decades of experience and deep roots in the community, Dionne continues to uphold the family values and dedication that have defined The Curtiss Team for generations.
The foundation of the business began in the early 1960s when Harry and Niki Curtiss invested in apartment buildings, residential rentals, and vacation condominiums along the south coast of England. Their entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate laid the groundwork for what would later become a successful family business built on integrity, hard work, and client care.
In 1984, the Curtiss family relocated from England to California and settled in the beautiful Conejo Valley to enjoy the Southern California lifestyle and raise their family. Dionne Curtiss brought an international perspective and strong communication skills to the business, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanic and Latin American Studies from the University of Bristol, England, and becoming fluent in Spanish.
In 1987, Harry, Niki, and Dionne officially established The Curtiss Team, combining their talents and shared passion for real estate into a trusted family partnership. Together, they built a loyal network of clients and lifelong friendships throughout the community. While Niki has since retired, her legacy of professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client service continues to inspire the business today.
Now leading The Curtiss Team, Dionne is recognized for her market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and hands-on approach to client service. She is dedicated to guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process with honesty, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Dionne’s husband, Carlo, is a commercial real estate consultant, and together they enjoy spending time with their two adult daughters and granddaughter, as well as traveling and enjoying the Southern California lifestyle.
The Curtiss Team specializes in residential real estate throughout Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Santa Rosa Valley, and Camarillo. When assisting clients outside these areas, Dionne partners with trusted local specialists who share the same commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
